Align Community Inc is an organization dedicated to the betterment of our youth and those impacted by the criminal justice system. Through strategic partnerships and programs we aim to bring equity to those who are most often marginalized.
Our youth initiatives are designed so that all young people in our community are given the opportunity to explore and identify their purpose. All of our programs are designed to assist them in finding their voice and value in the collective community. Our reentry programs and services are designed to assure our neighbors impacted by criminal justice system with the support and resources to succeed. Family oriented program such as Fathers in The Community, is designed to encourage our parents to make the intentional investments in the family unit.
Simply put, we are in the business of providing the community with the critical resources necessary to thrive and succeed.
